In recent years, Cathay Pacific has consistently applied design thinking and technological innovation to place “customer experience” at the core of its brand competitiveness. Beginning in August 2025, all flights across the network will be fully equipped with seatback entertainment systems and high-speed Wi-Fi—making Cathay one of the few airlines in the industry to offer a truly consistent and immersive experience across its entire fleet.Through meticulous experience design, passengers—whether in Economy or First Class—can enjoy the same high standard of quality. Our role is to translate this brand commitment into meaningful experiences that resonate with customers on a deeper level.
